This class is taught by a local area midwife and covers everything you need to know about your third trimester, the phases of labor, and when to call your care provider. Plus, you’ll learn essential comfort techniques, ways your partner can support you, and pain management tools to help you feel ready, calm, and supported. Whether you are planning to birth at a birthing center, in your home or at the hospital, if your goal is to have an unmedicated birth, this is the class for you!"
